Creating and Managing Portfolios

Portfolio Management

Portfolios help you organize and monitor groups of trademarks.

Creating a Portfolio

  1. Go to Portfolios in the sidebar
  2. Click New Portfolio
  3. Enter a name and description
  4. Configure alert settings
  5. Click Create

Portfolio Features

  • Add trademarks - Add from search or by serial number
  • Manage alerts - Configure per-portfolio alert settings
  • Duplicate - Copy portfolio with optional settings
  • Share - Share with team members
  • Delete - Remove portfolio and its alert configurations

Portfolio Actions

From the portfolio detail view:

  • View all trademarks in the portfolio
  • Edit portfolio name, description, and tags
  • Bulk select and remove trademarks
  • Quick find search within portfolio
  • View portfolio metrics

Default Portfolio

Your first portfolio is marked as Default. You can change which portfolio is default from the portfolio settings.

Portfolio Types

Organize portfolios by type using tags and descriptions to categorize client work, competitive monitoring, or internal brands.
