Can I search for design marks?
Yes, you can search for all trademark types including word marks, design marks, and composite marks.
How do I find a trademark by serial number?
In Trademark search mode, enter the 8-digit serial number directly in the search box.
Portfolios
How many portfolios can I create?
Portfolio limits depend on your subscription plan. Check Settings > Billing for your current limits.
Can I share portfolios with my team?
Yes, portfolios can be shared with other team members in your organization.
Alerts
How often are alerts sent?
You can choose between Immediate alerts (real-time) or Weekly digest emails.
Can I customize which alerts I receive?
Yes, configure alert types per portfolio or per tracked owner in Settings > Alerts & Notifications.
Account
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings > Account Settings to update your password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
