What Are TTAB Activity Alerts?

TTAB Activity Alerts (for Owner Tracking) notify you when a tracked owner is involved in any Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceeding—as either the plaintiff or defendant in an opposition or cancellation case.

When You'll Receive This Alert

You'll receive a TTAB Activity Alert when:

A tracked owner files an opposition against another party's mark
A tracked owner files a cancellation against another party's registration
An opposition or cancellation is filed against a tracked owner's mark
The status changes in any proceeding involving the tracked owner

Toggle TTAB Activity on
Choose delivery: Immediate or Weekly Digest
